Shipping Policy – Wife Carry

1. Order processing
All orders take 1–3 business days to process.

2. Production time
Each item is made after you order it. After processing, production can take 1–4 weeks. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this production time.

3. Shipping time
Once your item has been made, it's shipped to you. Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days.

4. Total delivery estimate
From the date of your order, total delivery time is usually 2–6 weeks. All times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch.

6. Customs and import fees
Orders are shipped internationally. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the order price.

7. Shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.

8. Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, or events outside our control. Delays don't qualify for a refund or cancellation once the order is in production.

9. Agreement
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Shipping Policy, including the production and delivery times above.
